Be part of a team that harnesses the power of data to analyze performance trends, identify opportunities, and keep Liberty Mutual moving forward.We are looking for candidates to be part of Liberty's Global Analytics Development Program!This full-time employment opportunity starts with a 12-months development program in which training, rotations, and a permanent placement to a local or regional role within the Asia Market region (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong) will occur. Initial training and rotations will be completed with other entry-level analysts around the world. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates that have a pro-active problem-solving mindset, a strong focus on self-development and are interested in building new relationships and becoming the analytical talent that will drive Liberty’s future!The details:

The Analytics Development Program helps aspiring graduates (like you!) develop a broad knowledge base through training, mentorship, and global rotational assignments.Hone your critical thinking and analytical skills through a variety of key qualitative and quantitative methods, while growing your technical skills, such as data mining, pricing strategy, project management and business case development. Each rotational assignment will offer you a high-level understanding of how we use data analytics in the insurance industry, all while having access to leadership teams and various locations throughout Liberty.Qualifications:
  • You have 0-1 years of professional experience.
  • You are fluent in English (Professional Working Proficiency)
  • You hold a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • You have strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills with a passion for identifying and investigating patterns and trends.
  • You can work well with people of various backgrounds and are a team player with leadership skills.
  • You have experience with statistical/technical programs, including MS Office, and have good knowledge of SAS, R, STATA, and/or SQL.
