- Analyzed sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to support strategic business and marketing planning.

- Monitored and reported operational performance directly to the CEO, providing strategic recommendations for organizational improvement.

- Served as the primary assistant to the CEO in driving organizational strategy and ensuring overall business performance met established objectives.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with proven experience leading teams.
- Experience in warehouse management or operations management.
- Strong analytical, planning, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate in English at an intermediate level.
