- Monitor and record accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Assist in preparing tax invoices and VAT reports in compliance with regulations.
- Support general accounting operations and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with related teams to complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Experience with SAP or similar accounting systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and AP processes.
- Ability to monitor AP booking, follow up supporting documents, and assist with VAT reporting.
- Experience with SAP or similar accounting systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under supervision to support PTP responsibilities.
