- Oversee daily plant operations-including production, pre-production, logistics, and safety-ensuring all activities meet customer expectations and company standards.
- Lead the execution of annual operating plans (AOP), manage the site budget and P&L, and track financial/operational performance for continuous improvement.
- Drive plant KPIs through process optimization, problem-solving, and alignment with global manufacturing strategies.
- Develop and implement site-level business, quality, and safety initiatives, fostering a strong culture of Lean, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Engage closely with employees at all levels to reinforce a safe workplace, promote collaboration, and maintain positive labor relations.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate management team members while building a high-performing, motivated workforce.
- Represent the site with professionalism-preparing reports, reviewing capital needs, coordinating across departments, and ensuring strong supplier and third-party performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience with proven success meeting operational goals.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, MRP, SPC, problem-solving methodologies, and quality systems such as ISO9001, IATF16949, AS9100, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, motivate teams, handle conflict professionally, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
