- Take care full cycle high quality standard system of Plan / Control / Monitor / Issue Management / Training / Validation KANKEN Standard System over Vehicle Quality Assurance to ensure all QA processes were put in place with no finding issues from auditing and final finished car inspection before export to Japan and ASEAN Market
- Act as an audit representative for internal auditing activity over vehicle quality assurance and inspection, conduct self-audit to unsure 100% of quality meet standard, feedback issues to concern cross functional team e.g., Manufacturing, Vehicle Quality Assurance department
- Act as a company representative to cooperate and work with external quality and conformity audit teams for auditing work processes and product quality
- Monitor, follow up, validate and summarize the corrective action from related production shops / departments / persons
- Update a trend, global practices, knowledge from Nissan Motor Corporation (Japan) re-design for local material and organize training to working team as planned and roadmap
- Organize monthly meeting
- Prepare and submit inspection report to concern parties or cross functional team
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- At least 1 years experience in QA Engineer
- Interested in automotive business, desired to work with the professional engineering team both Thailand and Japan team
- Good command in English for communication in daily work (Speaking, Writing)
- Good interpersonal relations, communication skill with all job levels, and positive thinking
- Negotiation skill and able to work under pressure
- Critical & Logical thinking, Optimistic, Has a sense of time management skill
- Good skill in MS Excel spreadsheet with calculation, MS PowerPoint for presentation
