Location: RIU Palace Phuket, Mai Khao, Thailand.🔎 About the RoleAs an Assistant Purchasing Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations through strategic sourcing and procurement. You will support the Purchasing Manager in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that goods and services are delivered on time and aligned with RIU’s standards of quality and sustainability.🌟 What You’ll Do
  • Assist in sourcing, evaluating suppliers for quality products at competitive prices.
  • Support the Purchasing Manager in managing purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, budgets, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to deliveries or contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline procurement processes.
✔️ What We’re Looking For * Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in administration or purchasing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing systems.
  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Good command of English and Thai. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
