Sales & Marketing (FMCG)

• Propose new or existing products to target customers.
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Manage sale activity and forecast sale volume.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new products.
• Solving the unexpected situations.
• Set up, control, review KPI department and action.
• ISO Procedure: Order receiving, customer satisfactory.

• Bachelor's degree in any related
• Having ability to utilize necessary management resources and complete company tasks (issues) promptly and persistence according to the planned schedule
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing experience within the FMCG or Food business (B to C)
• Have at least 3 years in supervisor position (FMCG)
• Proficient with analyzing data in MS excel & delivering actionable insight
• Comfortable with creating & presenting business plans on PowerPoint.
• Marketing (Customer oriented) mind is essentials.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Export sale experience is plus.
