This is a Head of PL Wellbeing and SDA EM role. The position operationally reports to the Head of Commercial Area Emerging Markets and Head of PL Commercial Wellbeing and SDA BA EA. You will lead the commercial and profitable growth of our Wellbeing and SDA Categories by delivering outstanding consumer experiences.What you'll do:
  • The Commercial PL Head of Wellbeing and SDA EM owns the Category business results and drives the Category strategy, its deployment and follow up on the commercial execution.
  • The role also runs the business in the Commercial Triangle, as well as manages the life cycle for the Category to increase sales, earnings, positive consumer reviews and value market share.
  • In addition to this, the role is responsible for driving a consumer centric business model in the Emerging Markets, involving areas of e-commerce, consumables & accessories, and repair & service as part of the complete consumer value proposition.
  • Build and lead a strong team of business leaders.
  • You own the Category P&L results in the region, and your success will be measured in terms of NS, CTF margin, EBIT & Consumer Ratings as well as the way you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to the creation of EM relevant compelling experience value propositions and contribute for newl product development and innovation
  • Responsible for the range price positioning, including target launch price and floor price definition.
Who You Are?
  • 10 Years of progressive Experience in building a business and delivering commercial result in home appliances, ideally in the Floor Care, Air purification and/or Small Domestic Appliances
  • Proven ability to operate in a large, complex organization and maximize the value of strong brands. Sound commercial experience as business development/sales/Marketing/Product Management closely supporting and influencing Sales force.
