Negotiate sales terms, present new product offerings, and follow up on customer orders
Provide sales insights to support product strategy and market positioning aligned with target groups
Review pricing, costing, and product details before final confirmation with customers
Coordinate with Merchandising and Product Development teams to ensure product accuracy and on-time delivery
Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, QA, and Purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Gather insights on new products, fashion trends, and customer requirements
Collaborate with the Design and Product Development teams to plan new product lines
Manage and oversee sales performance for both domestic and international OEM/ODM clients

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or similar role
Proven experience in sales within the jewelry or fashion OEM/ODM industry
Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Knowledge or experience in product development, purchasing, or project management will be a strong advantage
