Production Supervisor (Painting)

• Being responsible for the Painting production management of the painting department.
• Creating production line layout set-up, production flow and manpower plan.
• Supporting product, equipment and machine validations. Provide relevant information to carry out the proposed improvement.
• Participating in prototype and pilot production.
• Preparing the SOP, WI, Check sheet, Form record and other document.
• Preparing tools, equipment, goods and other accessories for the production process.
• Training employees in new products, new work methods, new procedures or changes.
• Having training and skills management.
• Supervising the paint functions by planning, scheduling, assigning, and monitoring the work.
• Monitoring the result day by day, line balancing, prioritising and adjusting the production properly to be able to produce and deliver on plan.
• Coordinating with the Injection/Metal and Assembly department for daily work arrangement and long-term performance improvement plan and working closely to achieve the OEE goals.
• Investigating current processes and implementing new solutions to ensure that the quality and efficiency objectives are maintained.
• Implementing projects for the reduction and continuous improvement of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS).

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering.
• Above 5 years of relative work experience as a production supervisor (Painting or Coating process).
• Manage and maintain OEE, and productivity and train new employees.
• Good command of English in communication.
• Good command of MS Office software applications and SAP system.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving, Good Attitude, and People management skills.
