- Identify productivity levers and capital allocation priorities using rigorous commercial analysis.
- Partner with Sales leadership to strengthen go-to-market plans, customer value propositions, and retention strategies.
- Promote value-based selling and customer-centric innovation across business units.
- Source, evaluate, and drive strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and alliances.
- Lead business case development, due diligence and integration planning with regional/global stakeholders.
- Act as a catalyst for growth, agility, and strategic thinking across teams.
- Champion change initiatives that reinforce commercial excellence and long-term strategic discipline.
- Build visibility as a future enterprise leader with influence beyond direct reporting lines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years in strategy, commercial leadership, or business transformation roles within the chemical, lubricants, industrial gas, petrochemical, or other capital-intensive sectors.
- Proven track record executing cross-functional growth programs with measurable business impact.
- Strong knowledge of industrial technologies, applications, and decarbonization developments.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Enterprise-level strategic mindset with strong financial acumen.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Digital fluency, including experience with commercial platforms such as Salesforce.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping complex, high-impact decisions.
- Fluency in English and Thai is mandatory.
