  • Define and lead an ambitious growth strategy aligned with corporate priorities.
  • Identify opportunities across new markets, new volumes, adjacent applications, and geographic expansion.
  • Shape and deploy value-based pricing and commercial strategies that maximise profitability.
Strategic Program Leadership
  • Lead major cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring clear governance, KPIs, and performance tracking.
  • Align executive stakeholders and ensure seamless execution across the organisation.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Translate market intelligence, customer needs, and regulatory trends into actionable business strategies.
  • Identify productivity levers and capital allocation priorities using rigorous commercial analysis.
Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market
  • Partner with Sales leadership to strengthen go-to-market plans, customer value propositions, and retention strategies.
  • Promote value-based selling and customer-centric innovation across business units.
Partnerships, Investments & M&A
  • Source, evaluate, and drive strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and alliances.
  • Lead business case development, due diligence and integration planning with regional/global stakeholders.
Leadership & Cultural Influence
  • Act as a catalyst for growth, agility, and strategic thinking across teams.
  • Champion change initiatives that reinforce commercial excellence and long-term strategic discipline.
  • Build visibility as a future enterprise leader with influence beyond direct reporting lines.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years in strategy, commercial leadership, or business transformation roles within the chemical, lubricants, industrial gas, petrochemical, or other capital-intensive sectors.
  • Proven track record executing cross-functional growth programs with measurable business impact.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial technologies, applications, and decarbonization developments.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to influence senior executives.
  • Enterprise-level strategic mindset with strong financial acumen.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Digital fluency, including experience with commercial platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping complex, high-impact decisions.
  • Fluency in English and Thai is mandatory.
