-Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers (department stores)
-Prepare and manage sales and promotion budget plans for the assigned areas.
-Analyze market potential within the assigned territory, monitor sales performance, prepare status reports, and achieve agreed sales targets within the set timeline.
-Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
-Supervise and support store sales staff to maximize sales, improve customer engagement, and ensure effective sell-through and inventory control in assigned accounts.
-Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for existing and potential customers to identify and meet their requirements.
-Perform other duties as assigned.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Passion for Sports and love to do sports
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Intermediate level of English
- Working experience in the Sales or in handling retail chain accounts have an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel have an advantagePersonality:
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
- Good team player and work hard under pressure
