- Serves as an interpreter and advocate for HR policies, processes and programs
- Establishes partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and staff that reflect the business objectives of the organisation
- Identifies potential employee relations issues and offer guidance
- Guides managers in the processes concerning promotions, compensation adjustments, transfers, employee relations and recruitment
- Handles employee relations counselling
- Maintains human resource information system records, payroll and compiles reports from the database
- Maintains compliance and benefits laws and regulations
- Manages and oversees performance and talent management process and programs, individual development plans and succession planning activities.
- Manage the administration of payroll, training, HR systems, and benefits programs
- Responsible for performing additional related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
- Experience eight of human resources generalist experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels in the organisation
- Ability to prioritise and respond timely to changing requirements, and to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent good command of English language skill
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
