As an HRBP, you will play a vital role in our organisation's human resources function, focusing on C&B strategies, policies, and programs to support our employees and business goals. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive bonus.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serves as an interpreter and advocate for HR policies, processes and programs
  • Establishes partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and staff that reflect the business objectives of the organisation
  • Identifies potential employee relations issues and offer guidance
  • Guides managers in the processes concerning promotions, compensation adjustments, transfers, employee relations and recruitment
  • Handles employee relations counselling
  • Maintains human resource information system records, payroll and compiles reports from the database
  • Maintains compliance and benefits laws and regulations
  • Manages and oversees performance and talent management process and programs, individual development plans and succession planning activities.
  • Manage the administration of payroll, training, HR systems, and benefits programs
  • Responsible for performing additional related duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
  • Experience eight of human resources generalist experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels in the organisation
  • Ability to prioritise and respond timely to changing requirements, and to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent good command of English language skill
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
