To co-lead at the ground the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure Data Center projects, including planning, design, implementation, and transition to operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
Manage Clear Scope baseline , Detail Work Breakdown , RACI and project risk registers
To communication & Stakeholder Management -Drive clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization by delivering structured project updates, executive summaries, and reporting artifacts, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Network Onsite Level 2 Support

Ability to analyse and solve complex network problems, with experience in designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining network construction projects preferred.
Collaborate the network operation and maintenance team to promote standardized management of IT projects, improve IT project control capabilities and project delivery quality;
Maintain appropriate operation and maintenance standards and documents, guide and supervise the network operation and maintenance team to do a good job in daily operation and maintenance work, optimize the workflow of the network operation and maintenance team, and improve work efficiency;
Responsible in Device Setup and Configuration script (Template), Network Design and Planning: Capacity, Scaling (Day 0, Day 1 and Day 1+N)
Responsible in Documentation and Knowledge Management: Automation and Tooling, Monitoring and Controls, PPM and reporting

System Onsite Level 1.5 support

Handle daily technical operations and maintenance, address issues in the business operating environment, and regularly provide feedback and drive improvements.
Monitor and manage infrastructure capacity: Develop and deploy monitoring strategies based on the importance of office systems/applications/services.
Monitor key office systems/applications, analyze system bottlenecks, and plan capacity.
Execute and monitor data backups, and regularly complete disaster recovery drills as planned.
Familiar with basic server and storage principles, proficient in managing and configuring VMware vCenter + ESXi , Hyper-V , KVM/AHV Experienced with hardware from brands such as DELL, and HPE, as well as storage devices.
Address and patch vulnerabilities in infrastructure systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
Manage internal collaboration software such as Teams, SharePoint & so on
Responsible for the construction and operation management (new construction and acquisition) of the company's data center network and workplace network

Qualifications:

Preferred certified ITIL or Agile project metholodgy
Certifications: Microsoft system certifications (MCSA and MCSE) and/or HCIP, CCNP, or equivalent capabilities.
At least 3 Years of Experience managing a medium-to-large Enterprise Network and System
Thai & English language to communicate. Mandarin is added advantage
