- Control Human Resources functions, full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning to support business expansion including payroll program
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRIS systems.
- Handle the filing of payroll tax for Japanese employees, and liaise with the Labor Department in case of disputes
- Oversee compensation and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Process Visas and Work permit for Japanese employees.
- Design and manage performance management systems, KPI setting, and employee evaluation processes.
- Plan and implement training, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.
- Supervise overall office administration, facilities management, and company assets.
- Manage vendor contracts, office supplies procurement, and cost control initiatives.
- Oversee company vehicles, driver management, and transportation arrangements.
- Bachelor's degree in human resource or any field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management
- Has work experience in Logistic industry.
- Able to travel up-country sometimes
- Can communicate well in English, both reading and writing and Japanese is advantage.
- Proficient in using computers, including Excel, Word, and others
