- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and performance management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience
- Monitor KPIs and drive sales through effective floor management
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Experience in sports fashion retail is required (e.g., Uniqlo, H&M, Nike, Adidas, etc.)
- Candidates with luxury brand experience will not be considered
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to lead by example
- Flexible and able to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
