- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve assigned revenue targets
- Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities, while maintaining key client relationships
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimize sales strategies
- Define pricing strategies, promotional plans, and distribution channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Logistics, and Operations/Production
- Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Establish and improve sales systems, processes, and operational efficiency
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechatronics, Environmental Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in sales management within industries such as air filtration or related sectors.
- Location / Nationality: Thai nationals or Chinese citizens with long-term residence in Thailand are preferred. Experience in developing local Thai clients is a strong advantage.
- Mobility & Resources: Willingness to travel frequently (especially for key regional client coverage). Candidates with existing industry networks or customer resources are preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to formulate sales strategies from an industry perspective. Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects (million-level). Familiar with the full B2B sales cycle.
- Technical Communication: Solid understanding of air purification products, including technical principles and application scenarios. Ability to engage in in-depth technical discussions and address complex customer needs.
- Negotiation & Execution: Proficient in CRM systems, business negotiation, and project management methodologies. Capable of responding quickly to client needs and driving execution.
- Preferred Qualifications 1.Proven success in handling key accounts or access to top-tier industry clients is highly preferred 2.Professional certifications such as PMP or Sales Management certifications are a plus
- Results-Oriented: Goal-driven with strong resilience under pressure and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate teams, integrate cross-functional resources, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Learning Agility: Passionate about the environmental technology industry, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into business value.
- Office Skills: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), PowerPoint (visual presentations), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Thai (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Ability to read technical documents and communicate with international clients. CET-6 or above is preferred.
- Candidates with strong market expansion capability and proven track record in driving revenue growth in Thailand will be highly preferred.
