Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, including report summaries and analysis for management. - Document and maintain records of Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and other meeting minutes. - Assist in preparing presentations, reports, Excel sheets, and other business documents. - Serve as an interpreter in selected meetings. - Act as a liaison between Japanese clients and Thai employees to ensure effective communication. - Support company operations through planning and coordination. - Arrange transportation and accommodation for visiting guests. - Facilitate visa and work permit processing for Japanese management. - Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
-At least 3 years of experience as an Secretary. Japanese Coordinator, Japanese interpreter for Executive or C+ level - Business level with Japanese (JLPT N1 level only), To communicate with Japanese management and visitors, Headquarter and clients / Interpret/Translate in the meeting - Conversational High in English, for internal communication, report and meeting
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Experience from retail/department store/restaurant/FMCG/fashion will be advantage
Personality
- Professional appearance and demeanor. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Positive attitude and excellent time management skills. - Familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and manners
