This role requires to identify and evaluate areas of risk, analyses data to identify trends, liaise with law enforcement agencies, and create and implement security plans and is responsible for conducting investigations, monitoring compliance with security policies. You will organize the Security Fire Fighting Team in the event of an emergency including relevant safety committees as specified by law.Qualifications
Certified in Security and Safety Management
Has experience in managing firefighting equipment, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors and knowledge of occupational health and safety.
Five years operating experience in a hotel Security department including but not limited in handling various emergencies and issues that can arise in relation to hotel security, and is able to advise management on all security matters.
English skills: good verbal and written communication is required.
Good interpersonal skills
Passion for leadership and teamwork
Fluency in Thai to ensure effective communication with team members and coordinate with local government.
