Leasing Manager to Head of Leasing (70K-200K)

• Developing and managing sales planning for existing and potential tenants.
• Staying updated with market trends and property developments, maintaining records for effective sales planning.
• Representing sales and leasing functions in company policy development.
• Offering rental space tailored to target groups.
• Conducting tenant visits, negotiating/close deals, and addressing complaints.
• Maintaining client relationships by providing support and service improvements.
• Acquiring new tenants according to the tenancy mix design.
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.
• Managing new contract documentation and rental/service fees.
• Reviewing collection status and taking corrective measures if needed.
• Tracking sales performance and contracts, maintaining accurate reporting systems for the Head of Sales and Leasing.

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in a related field.
• Minimum 7-15 years of retail business and shopping mall leasing experience at a management level.
• Team management experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel when required.
