Accounting & Finance Manager

• Lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations, including financial planning, tax planning, and cost control.

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and account closing.

• Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial risk assessments to ensure sufficient working capital.

• Supervise asset management, audit preparations, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• Manage and develop accounting and finance teams; promote adherence to quality standards and internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPD or other professional certifications is a plus).

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial and accounting management roles.

• Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws, financial regulations, and cost control in a manufacturing or agro-industry environment.

• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under time constraints and handle multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in green energy or integrated palm oil industry is highly preferred.

• Willingness to work on-site in Bang Saphan Noi, housing provided by the company.
