Review Overall QA/QC system set up
Ensure QC plan and ITPs are in place, reviewed and agreed.
Review WPS, PQR and Welding performance report
Witness Welder Test
Monitor Welder Continuity Log for compliance with standards
Review qualifications of operatives and implementation of coatings procedures
Review qualifications of coatings inspectors and implementation of inspection processes
Provides construction proposal specifications review
Audits Field construction projects for compliance to the organization's Quality System
Recommends corrective actions for Field deviations
Proactive in providing support to project team in assigned project work as and when required
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Diploma degree in related filed
Knowledgeable of all Construction Phase Activities for both small and large projects
Minimum 10 years' experience in Field Welding QC and Coatings systems
CSWIP or AWS Certified Welding Inspector, NDE Certifications preferred
Strong working knowledge of ASME and AWS Codes / Specifications
Excellent written / verbal communication skills
Good coordination with all disciplines
