Job Responsibilities
- Video & Animation Production: Create high-quality 2D animations and live-action videos for marketing campaigns, educational content, and product advertisements. - Creative Concept & Storyboarding: Visualize and express creative concepts through the development of detailed storyboards. - Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal team members to understand and execute project requirements effectively. - Japan Market Liaison: Participate in meetings with Japanese clients (primarily Japan-based corporations) and relay project details to the internal production team. - End-to-End Production Management: Overlook the entire video content lifecycle, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases. - Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with other production staff to manage production progress and ensure seamless operations. - Review & Editing: Conduct thorough video reviews and perform professional editing tasks to meet high-quality standards. - Timeline Management: Manage video editing timelines strictly to ensure all project deadlines are met. - Other duties as assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related field. - Sales Background: Experience in Sales or Account Management within the online advertising industry. - Business level of Japanese N2 up (to coordinate with the Japanese client). - Technical Proficiency: Strong typing skills and general IT literacy. - Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and present them effectively to others.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager or Producer within the video production or creative industry. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with graphic design, animation, and compositing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
