- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Manage your own team
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of digital projects in collaboration with internal teams.
- Spearhead the integration, onboarding, and training of CRM systems.
- Monitor and guide the inbound marketing strategy with the team.
- Facilitate communication within the team, ensuring alignment with tasks and strategies.
- Craft engaging proposals based on strategies for new leads or prospects.
- Manage the sales cycle, including follow-ups on pending leads.
- Thai National, Bilingual, or Foreigners under BOI (Thai - Eng) with relevant visa qualifications.
- A minimum of 5 years (for foreigners) or 3 years (for Thai nationals) of experience in sales, digital marketing, or project management.
- A robust ambition to grow with a start-up and contribute to its success.
- Ability to thrive in an international team setting.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sales, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A sharp, analytical, and creative mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
- Eagerness to master digital marketing and project management.
- Experience in account management and client-focused solutions.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook ads, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM platforms.
