สามารถพอสื่อสารภาษาจีนและภาษาอังกฤษได้ ในระดับที่ใช้สื่อสารในการทำงานอย่างง่ายๆ (ภาษาใดภาษาหนึ่ง)
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ AutoCAD หรือ Solid work เบื้องต้น
หากเคยผ่านบริษัทสัญชาติจีน,ไต้หวันและอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มาก่อนจะพิจาณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ในภาษาไทย
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อเพื่อนร่วมงานในทีมและการติดต่อประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
