- The Solutions engineer team is responsible for the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team.
- The main responsibility is to assist sales representatives in understanding the technical aspects of the company's products and services, and how they can be used to meet customer needs.
- We also help to create and deliver presentations, tech proposals and product demonstrations, and provide technical information and answers to customer questions.
- Additionally, we conduct research on new technologies and products, and stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide the sales team with relevant information to close deals.
- We work closely with other departments, such as the implementation team, engineering, product management, and customer support teams to ensure that the company's products and services are well-positioned in the market and deliver the project smoothly.
- We are also responsible for ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the necessary technical skills and knowledge to sell the company's products and services effectively.
- Collaboratively with customers (Enterprises and SMEs) for gathering business requirements, provide technical solutions to solve client use cases, do man-day and total cost estimation for project development.
- Work closely with sales team in regards to technical proposals and pitches to enterprise customers
- Put together technical cases (diagram, RFP, and proposals) for the sales teams to support their proposals
- Provide consultation to the customers on product best practices, use cases, customization, on-boarding, and to be 2nd tier on tech support for investigating cases (need some coding) before escalating to product and engineering team.
- Ensure that the company's services can meet the customer's requirements
- Initiate, coordinate, implement proof-of-concepts, do basic training with customers
- Working closely with Professional service teams for Kick-off meetings and Implementing phase.
- Work closely with the Product/Engineering team for feedback, customer requests, improvement.
- Initiate/Maintain development for Demo apps and Beta services under the Professional service team.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
- Background in software sales/pre-sales engineering role experience
- Sales or pre-sales experience in enterprise, retail or financial services verticals
- At least 1-3 years of programming experience on at least one of the following stacks: Javascript, NodeJS, Python, ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS
- Experience using database (eg. ElasticSearch, MongoDB, etc.)
- Understanding of IT networking, infrastructure, cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, Firebase,Azure) and security.
- Strong verbal and written skill in Thai and English language
- Very strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to explain complex information in simple and clear terms to a non-technical person
- Flexible, self-learning, self-motivated, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
