Join Sales Visits to discover new or potential customers and maintain existing customers
Make Telemarketing Calls to customers to introduce our services
Support Quotation and Negotiation with customers Assist & secure with Bidding business including Japanese and global accounts Gather Market Information regarding pricing, services, and trends for new business strategies
Monitor Weekly Booking and secure the booking when the booking is decreasing
Monitor contract-based shipments and check nominated shipping volume
Share promotional rates and services with customers to increase spot shipments (one-time or monthly shipments)
Handle Customer Requests and Issues
Build Relationships with Key Thai Customers in Japanese companies
Coordinate or Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth support for customers.
