- Assign jobs to tour guides, vehicles suppliers, drivers etc
- Reserve services from suppliers for each booking
- Communicate with Inbound Teams to ensure smooth Operations and Reservation
- Brief guides in detail for each booking
- Manage Tour Plan System for Job Order to guides and drivers
- Manage Tour Plan System for Cash Advance Report for tour guides
- Manage Tour Plan System for Guide Fee Report of tour guides
- Submit Cash Advance and Guide Fee Request to Supervisor/Manager for the approval
- Provide feedback and coach: guides, vehicle, and suppliers to minimize complaints and our environmental impacts
- Discuss with our supplier about our responsible tourism commitments and requirements
- Manage Guides' KPIs by using the Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Support Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager in recruiting and training guides
- Inspect new suppliers as per schedule with Product Team
- Attend scheduled meeting with Operations Team
- Coordinate annual guide training including topics on responsible tourism and ensure that the right message will be discussed to minimize travelers negative impact and maximize positive ones
- Attend staff training
- Ride along with guide and clients to monitor the quality and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Raise hot issue/s with solution to Supervisor/ Manager
- Implement EXO Responsible Travel policy, Wildlife Code of Conduct, ChildSafe policy and Ethical code.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field
- At least 2 years at the same position
- Good command over verbal & written English. Other language (German or Spanish, French..) is a plus
- Experience in Travel Company and Operations Task
- Interest and/or experience in the travel industry
- Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
- Very detail oriented and service minded
- Good communication and execution skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office & Travel software
- Be able to suggest improved ways of working to positively impact people's life and the environment
