We deliver business growth for our clients through effective, measurable, and evolving digital media strategies.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Account Director is the Client Partner’s strategic and operational right hand, responsible for owning senior client relationships, driving business impact, and ensuring high quality delivery across a multi-market account. This role is a blend of strategist, operator and people leader.This role could be based in either Jakarta, Bangkok or Malaysia.Key responsibilitiesClient leadershipLead senior client relationships and act as a trusted strategic partnerTranslate ambiguous business problems into clear strategy frameworks and narrativesBe proactive in anticipating client needs, shaping agendas, and addressing issues before they escalateFull funnel acumenLead full-funnel thinking across branding and performanceManage the trade-offs between short-term efficiency and long-term brand building, and frame decisions clearly to senior stakeholdersEncourage experimentation that is hypothesis-led and grounded in business impactOperational excellenceDrive structure, timelines, and clarity across complex multi-market programsOwn quality control of regional decks, frameworks, and narrativesAlign multiple stakeholders across markets, functions, and partnersPeople leadership & cultureCoach and develop Senior Managers, Planners, and cross-functional leadsAct as a culture carrier and role model for ways of workingRaise delivery standards while protecting team health and moraleIndustry knowledge & continuous learningStay ahead of shifts across media, martech, measurement, creative and translate these into practical implications for the clientBring external POVs, case studies, and benchmarks into client conversationsFoster a learning culture by sharing best practices and emerging opportunities with the teamABOUT YOU8–12+ years in media agency having SEA market exposureExperience working with large regional clients involving senior stakeholdersStrong working knowledge across core digital channels (search, social, programmatic), with depth in at least 2 and strategic fluency across the full mixComfortable navigating industry research and insight platforms (e.g. WARC, Sensor Tower, Similar Web, GWI)Confident communicator with calm senior presenceCommercially grounded and delivery orientedWhat you can expect from working atA vast insight into the world of digital marketing and in-depth knowledge across search and social advertising.Experience working on regional projects across client verticals.Experience working on digital advertising campaigns for large, global brandsExperience in working with a vibrant team in an agency environmentInsight into the M+C Saatchi GroupM+C Saatchi Performance as part of M+C Saatchi Group, has pledged its commitment to create a company that values difference, with an inclusive culture.
