Solution Architect - Microsoft Cloud & AI

• Co-create the customer cloud journey and AI adoption roadmap (Copilot readiness, AI use cases, data readiness)
• Apply Cloud Adoption Framework and security-by-design patterns to build repeatable transformation playbooks
• Define target architectures, landing zones, and governance models that are AI-ready and compliant

• Architect and deliver Microsoft 365 / Azure / Security / Purview solutions aligned to business processes and risk posture
• Run assessments, hypothesis-driven analysis, and hands-on PoC pilots (Copilot/GenAI, security controls, data classification)
• Plan and execute migration and implementation with change management and adoption enablement
• Establish operational readiness: monitoring, incident response, tuning, and continuous improvement

• Design Zero Trust security architecture across identity, device, data, app, and infrastructure
• Implement data protection and compliance: sensitivity labeling, DLP, eDiscovery, retention, insider risk (as applicable)
• Build AI governance foundations: data access controls, prompt/data protection, secure-by-default configurations, and guardrails for responsible AI usage within the customer environment

• Lead customer workshops, architecture presentations, and executive storytelling with quantified outcomes
• Produce high-quality deliverables: solution designs, HLD/LLD, SoW, runbooks, and adoption plans
• Act as a product/solution owner collaborating with Microsoft and ecosystem partners for GTM success

• Lead implementation programs: plan resources, schedule, milestones, and risks; track status and resolve issues
• Coach and mentor sales and engineering teams on AI and security solutioning, positioning, and delivery best practices
• Contribute to reusable assets: templates, reference architectures, demo kits, and internal playbooks

• Customer AI adoption readiness achieved (identity/data readiness, governance, security posture)
• Successful delivery on time/budget with measurable improvements in security posture and productivity
• Reduced risk and improved compliance outcomes through Purview and Zero Trust controls
• Reusable playbooks and enablement outcomes across the team
