- Develop annual and campaign-based digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Design KPIs and manage the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize CAC, ROAS, and CTR
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and ad testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with offline conversion tracking and lead attribution methods
- Analyze competitors' digital marketing activities and trends.
- Review and ensure brand consistency across owned website and campaign pages managed by the Ecommerce team.
- Plan and direct the creation of social media content, including visuals, copywriting, and production.
- Oversee the development of in-store displays, how-to videos, and product introduction videos, ensuring alignment with brand intent and product team objectives.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing initiatives, including orientation, content review, and timeline management.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting schedules, promotional campaigns, and engagement analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other relevant marketing tools.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic feedback based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Review KPI achievements and prepare internal reports and recommendations.
- Develop and manage annual and campaign-based budgets for digital marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate estimates and control costs with agencies.
- Monitor budget progress and prepare internal reporting documents.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Marketing Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools and techniques (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising and content marketing.
- Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Thai and English).

- Report: Annual Plan/ Monthly Plan / Weekly plan / Monthly expenses / Market update & Competitor sales collection / Promotion profit and loss
- Analysis: Campaign analysis with countermeasure, suggestion and improvement plan
- Planning and initiate new product launch and training program for Sales staff.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
