No extensive experience required - we value enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for service and travel.Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver warm, professional guest experiences: handle check-in/check-out, welcome arrivals, respond to inquiries, and provide local recommendations.
2. Handle basic digital marketing & social media management: create and post simple content (Instagram/Facebook), schedule updates, and support customer engagement online.
3. Support daily operations: manage light petty cash, online payments, procure small supplies, and keep accurate records.
4. Ensure smooth guest journeys: send personalized pre-arrival information, follow-up post-checkout messages, and collect feedback to improve service.
5. Assist with basic reporting: track bookings, sales data, and expenses.
6. Contribute to team success: maintain clean, welcoming spaces and coordinate with other staff during busy periods.Qualifications & Requirements
1. Fresh graduate or current/recent university student (Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or any related field preferred - all majors welcome).
2. Good English & native Thai communication skills (able to confidently greet guests, explain services, and handle common questions)
3. Friendly, positive attitude with strong service mindset and attention to detail.
4. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team.
5. Basic computer skills (emails, social media apps, simple spreadsheets).Career Growth Opportunities
