Timely follow-up on current order status, delivery time, and proof of delivery
Provide weekly on-shelf availability consolidated report for internal visibility
Regularly provide vendor performance (vdp) feedback, including incoming supply to customer
Monitor stock shortages and delivery by coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams
Regularly provide order confirmation and stock reporting to customers
Regularly monitor product shelf life
Readiness of new product (npd) and npd order from customers
