For selling coatings product & service to customers, by comply a selling process, determine the key drivers, identify wants & needs of customers ( Owner , Consultant , Contractor , Fabricator ) , In order to achieve individual sales , gross margin target & increase profitability .Job ResponsibilitiesFocus on a market of protective coatings in Thailand , to achieve individual sales , gross margin target & DSO collection.Builds Key Account customer relationships & manage existing customers of Energy group, for ensure their stay satisfied & positive.Identifies new business opportunities , new customers subject to business growth.Negotiates & closed business deals.Main Tasks
  • Identify & Regular visits to allocated Key Account customers of Energy group
  • Plan and perform customers regularly visit both new and existing customer according to the assigned territories and individual target
  • Prepare specifications, quotations etc. , to meet customers requirement and keep following up
  • Develop new potential customers according to individual target
  • Co-ordinate with technical service in all service requirements
  • Co-ordinate with other division & departments in all sales matters
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback in assigned area of responsibility.
  • Work with Credit & Collection Department on overdue customers accounts
Qualifications
  • At least for Bachelor's degree in any pertinent fields
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales
  • Having Experience of customer management in energy, power , infrastructure business
  • Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Sufficient knowledge in computer literacy (MS Office)
  • TOEIC score of 550+ is required
  • Interpersonal skills , Sales Hunting skills , Presentation skills ,Analytical skills & Strategic Thinking
