  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to meticulously gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze existing system functionalities against new requirements to identify gaps and define "to-be" functionalities.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise change requests for development teams.
  • Execute comprehensive IT and Integration Testing, ensuring solutions meet specified requirements.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with operational teams to validate functionality.
  • Facilitate deployment activities with development teams and provide essential support during hyper care and post-go-live phases.
  • Provide dedicated helpdesk support for Warehouse Management, Transport Management, and Order Management Systems.
  • Create report and dashboard.
