Accounting & Finance Manager

• Oversee daily financial and accounting operations and ensure team members perform the job accurately and efficiently.
• Responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports preparation, cash-flow management, costing, taxation, and risk management.
• Prepare management reports, provide timely & accurate financial information and analysis to support the management team.
• Ensure that cash flow, hedged and financial risks are efficiently managed.
• Provide insights, recommendations and alert management team concerning financial risk.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory guidelines/legislation (statutory & fiscal) and Internal Audit requirements.
• Manage good relationships with government departments, external auditor, bank and other financial institutions.

• At least 8 years' experience in performing overall accounting and finance tasks.
• Experience in leading small to medium team and reporting directly to management team.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, trustworthy, positive attitude, good team player, possess leadership skill, accountable and able to work well under pressure and deadline.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
