- Manage and maintain live-streaming equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Lead and supervise the live-streaming team (hosts, planners, designers, operators).
- Develop and implement live-streaming strategies, including content planning and short video concepts.
- Oversee short video production, including editing and publishing.
- Monitor live-stream performance metrics and continuously optimize for better engagement and sales conversion.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of Proven experience in live-streaming management or e-commerce live operations (preferably Shopee, TikTok or similar platforms).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Skilled in video planning, production, and editing tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Fluent in Thai, with good English or Chinese communication skills preferred.
