Assist in monitoring and maintaining adherence to quality standards and procedures throughout the production process.
Receive and manage customer complaints regarding product quality or performance, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct thorough investigations into the root causes of quality issues or customer complaints, utilizing analytical tools and methodologies.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address identified root causes and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, investigations, and corrective actions taken, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to production staff on quality control procedures, customer complaint handling, and root cause investigation techniques.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and insights to enhance overall quality processes and customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in a Food Science, Chemistry, Engineer, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing.
Experienced in Food or FMCG business is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough root cause investigations and implement effective solutions.
Good in English and Thai communication, proactive, independent, good team player, and ability to work under pressure environment.
