- Key Account Management • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in Modern Trade and Fast-Fit segments.
- Client Relationship & Communication • Visit clients regularly to understand needs, provide solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
- Sales & Business Growth • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Sales Target Achievement • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Market & Competitor Analysis • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.
- Customer Service • Provide professional customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Key Account Coordination • Act as the main contact for key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Internal Collaboration • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting • Analyze sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
- Business Representation • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business meetings.
- Strong understanding of the modern trade and fast-fit market landscape.
- Good interpersonal & communication skill with a good command of both spoken & written in English
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with top-level account
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for business decision-making.
