Lead the preparation and execution of the Initial Public Offering (IPO), ensuring compliance, timeline adherence, and maximizing profitability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with investment bankers, lawyers, auditors, and other external partners to facilitate the IPO process.
Possess in-depth knowledge of SET (Stock Exchange of Thailand)/SEC regulations and ensure all financial practices and reports are in compliance.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders, including board members, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, to ensure the organization's readiness for public offering.
Implement financial controls and governance frameworks to support the company's transition to a publicly traded entity.
Drive strategic financial initiatives beyond the IPO, including capital market transactions, investment strategies, and corporate finance activities to support long-term growth.
The Successful Applicant
Proven track record in financial management and IPOs
Great knowledge in SEC and SET regulations
Fluent in Thai and is able to communicate in English
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong relationship-building with stakeholders
Strategic in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Implements robust financial controls and governance
Forward-thinking in capital market transactions and investment strategies
