- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to customer relations, complaints handling, or legal support.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and explain complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and de-escalate challenging situations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills for evidence management and documentation.
- Solid understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing financial services and data privacy in Thailand.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
