  • Upholding project standards, establishing procedures, and ensuring adherence to best practices for SAP implementations
  • Overseeing project timelines, scope, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track and within financial constraints
  • Support managing full project life cycle delivery from initiation to deployment including project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risks & issues management, resource management and status reporting
  • Tracking project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and providing regular and detailed updates and executive reporting
  • Identifying potential project risks and issues and collaborating with teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies
  • Take ownership of execution excellence. Drive/ mentor engagement teams to deliver engagements
  • Coordinating internal and external resources, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
  • Ensuring that all project deliverables and documentation meet project standards and client requirements
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PMO/Project Coordinator for SAP implementation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills including experience presenting to executive sponsors and to all levels of technical and non-technical staffs
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies as per the project and program needs
  • Fluency in both English and Thai
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project
