- Responsible for IT strategy roadmap/IT Transformation to support the country business strategy by aligning it with group and regional IT principles.
- Defining the technology solution and environment road-maps to ensure capacity and scalability, as demand and usage evolve within the business. This will be obtained through having visibility and understanding of the entire technology landscape
- Responsible and tracking the KPI of IT team following the local and regional target setting.
- Manage strategic program where it's related to overall IT as assigned.
- Set up and manage a routine IT steering board meetings with required participants from local, regional and group.
- Lead IT Finance team to manage company's IT budget covering change and run that consist of CAPEX and OPEX
- Create the IT finance workflow and ensure it's proper managed internally i.e. Finance and Accounting and externally with the vendor.
- Set up the budget planning, control and monitor its expense to achieve the budget KPI
- Work closely with CxOs and other executives to represent overall IT's back office matters.
- Lead Domain Owner and demand teams to manage IT's delivery portfolio including Infrastructure, Security and Group's initiatives.
- Point of contact with group and regional leads when it's related to IT strategy, transformation, and finance area.
- Ensure all required reports submit to regional and group in the timely manner.
- Provide consultancy services / training to build the strong knowledge and skills
- Encourage teamwork and cooperation align with all the people management strategies e.g. HR policy, people development, AES etc.
- Participate in the area of security and audit where it's required.
- Handling and host Change management process
- Establish and maintain Agile organization
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Computer or other related fields
- At least 10 years up of professional experience in IT Strategy and Architecture Management work
- At least 7 years of working experience in Insurance Business is preferred
- Experience in business process improvements, IT strategy, and Project management
- Experience in data collection, integration, and - Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and analysis and financial modeling skills
- Understanding of SaaS and enterprise software (e.g. VMware) for business-critical applications
- Knowledge of collaborative project management tools (e.g. Trello, JIRA, Asana etc.)
- IT strategy and Architecture Management and strategic planning and execution skills
- Understanding of Insurance Business and information technology.
- Solid overall IT expertise covering software and hardware across all dimensions of insurance business.
- Experience in recognition of market trends, benefits, and implementation of business opportunities
- Experience managing people in delivering consulting / advisory services at the corporate level
- Able to understand and interpret business, performance, and operation metrices, indicators and KPIs
- Understanding of strategy, operations, management, leading engagements across business functions
