2. Manage Import & Export team with 2 other managers (about 20 members)
(Total of 3 managers will be looking after the whole team.)
3. Support Import & Export processes, especially custom clearance tasks.
4. Dealing with customs, but also negotiating with customers.
5. Other tasks as assignedREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE-Bachelor's degree in related fields
-Intermediate level of English
-Must have more than 5 years of experience both import and export.
-Must have Custome Specialist license.
-Manager experience
-Advantage if able to communicate in Japanese
