HR&GA Department Manager

• Responsible for the full of HR function including workforce planning, organization development, learning & development, recruitment, performance management,.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Establish the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of recruitment retention, and succession planning.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.
• Manage other HR projects and initiatives as required which includes employees activities.
• Develop, review, and manage a performance appraisal.
• Actively identify the gaps in the organization's HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.

• Degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 7 years of HR experience
• Strong experience as over HRM and HRD
• Strong experience as HROD
• Influence of English literature
