- Set the overall strategic direction, policies, and operational guidelines for commercial area management in alignment with corporate vision.
- Analyze space utilization and market trends to ensure a balanced and high-performing commercial ecosystem.
- Monitor and control tenant sales performance, operational standards, and rigorous compliance within all commercial areas.
- Provide strategic analysis for efficient branch expansion and optimized site utilization.
- Develop and execute commercial leasing strategies and ancillary revenue initiatives to maximize space performance across all regions.
- 15+ years of progressive professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role within commercial or sales management.
- Strong expertise in Commercial Leasing frameworks, tenant lifecycle management, and the development of diversified (secondary) revenue streams.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-suite partners and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing commercial leasing portfolios across a nationwide network of multiple branches.
