- Develop and execute Market-level commercial strategy across all Travel Activities categories.
- Lead Commercial Negotiations: Spearhead partnership agreement negotiations within assigned markets to secure the most competitive terms, exclusive inventory, incremental marketing funds and drive revenue growth.
- Take accountabilities for critical Travel Activities business outcomes and KPIs across the entire market.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prioritizing high-value, strategic partners. Act as the face of Traveloka in assigned markets.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Liaise with internal teams in Country Management, Product, Marketing, Analytics and other stakeholders to drive inventory completeness, price competitiveness and inventory optimization to achieve overall supply advantage.
- Drive Strategic Insights and Business Growth: Provide actionable insights for business strategy and support initiatives in business development, product enhancements, and user experience improvements.
- Stay Industry-Savvy: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of travel, tours and activities industry dynamics, including competitor models, market trends.
- Optimize Systems and Processes: Leverage and refine existing business tools to maximize team productivity, ensuring alignment with Traveloka's operational goals.
- Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or Social Science from top local or international universities.
- Minimum 5 years in the travel industry, with specific experience in e-commerce or OTA sales and account management.
- Fluent in English and Thai with proven ability to navigate and engage effectively within Thai business culture.
- Understanding of the Experience/Activities and OTA business, with an ability to navigate industry trends.
- Ability to manage and achieve performance targets; Proficient in tracking progress and adjusting strategies effectively based on performance.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities and guide decisions.
- Willingness to travel, conduct partner visits and work beyond office setting as needed.
- Excellent communication skills with strong intuitions of tourism sectors.
- A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence.
- A proactive mindset with ability to foster partnerships.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal guidance, demonstrating quick learning and results-driven.
- The role will be located in our Bangkok office.
