Production Scheduler (New Plant Set-Up)

• Leading the development of production plans, collaborating closely with the Procurement team to maintain high-performance standards.
• Assessing and enhancing service levels, efficiency, and effectiveness within our planning and production processes.
• Fostering a close partnership with the Production department to optimize performance and daily output.
• Strategizing and creating scheduling plans to maximize machine utilization and overall efficiency.
• Regularly updating reports on a daily and weekly basis to provide Management with current and insightful information for decision-making.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for Master Production Scheduling projects, including IT improvement initiatives.

• Preferably hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient interpersonal skills complemented by advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Accumulate a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in planning, MPS (Master Production Scheduling), or Procurement, showcasing technical proficiency.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities.
• Possess essential knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• Exhibit a collaborative mindset and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable working under pressure, and managing multiple deadlines effectively (strong time management skills).
