And we need your help to get us there!We are seeking a Public Affairs Manager who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things and is ready to make history together with the rest of the team at Lalamove. This person will manage and engage different stakeholders such as government authorities, non-governmental organizations, and business chambers strategies to amplify validated learnings across Thailand markets.Responsibilities หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Match unfulfill orders with drivers who are located around the pick-up area.
Teach or give drivers training on how to take orders correctly.
Assist drivers who contact Lalamove for help.
Achieve total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives.
Driver fraudulent check (Driver account, Order).
Exceed individual and team targets & KPI'sRequirements.

ช่วยจับคู่งานของลูกค้าที่ค้างอยู่ในระบบให้เข้ากับคนขับที่อยู่ในบริเวณใกล้เคียง
สอนให้คนขับรับงานผ่านแอพพลิเคชันได้อย่างทุกต้องและตรงตามประเภทของงาน
ตัดสินใจ และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าให้คนขับในกรณีที่คนขับติดต่อเข้ามาขอความช่วยเหลือ
ช่วยทำให้งานขนส่งสำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดีทั้งงานขนส่งทั่วไปและอื่นๆ
ทำงานร่วมกับทีมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วง
ดำเนินการเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทั้งของส่วนบุคคลและทีมตามข้อกำหนดของ KPI

Qualification คุณสมบัติ

Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Good team player and responsible.
Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies.

มีความสามารถในการจัดการและปฏิบัติงานที่มีความซับซ้อนให้ลุล่วงด้วยตนเอง

สามารถสื่อสารทั้งภาษาไทยได้ดี และมีความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรอง
สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับการเปลี่ยนแปลงกะทันหันได้เป็นอย่างดี
สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้
มีความพยายามในการสื่อสารกับผู้ติดต่อให้มีความเข้าใจในการบริการอย่างมีคุณภาพ
สามารถทำงานร่วมกับต่างแผนกได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีความสนใจในการเรียนรู้และแก้ปัญหาสิ่งใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
