- Manage all aspects of employee relations within the top leading MNC company.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters within the Samutprakarn location.
- Act as a labor law expert, staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and ensuring compliance in all employee relations practices.
- Manage relationships with unions, working closely with union representatives to address employee concerns and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to support logistic processes related to training initiatives, working closely with the Plant Director to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the documentation of employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and resolutions.
- Provide guidance and support to ER administrators on best practices for maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations, ensuring fairness and impartiality throughout the process.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures, in collaboration with the HR leadership team, to foster a positive work environment and mitigate potential risks.
- Analyze trends in employee relations issues and recommend proactive measures to address potential areas of concern.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, including recruitment and performance management, to ensure a cohesive approach to employee engagement and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in employee relations management, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with unions and work effectively with union representatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
